- Olive Oil
- Finely chopped boneless chicken
- Long-grain white rice
- (Vegetables) – sliced onion, minced garlic, red bell pepper
- Tomato sauce
- Chicken stock
- (Seasoning) – garlic, saffron, cumin, salt, and black pepper

How to Make:
Start cooking the chicken:
Heat oil in a pan, then add chopped chicken. Season with red bell pepper, onion, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Fry for about 5-6 minutes till chicken starts to slight brownish.
Add onion, garlic, red pepper, and cook for a few minutes to softens.
Add rice to this point then cook for a couple of minutes.
Pour chicken stock and tomato sauce and bring it to a boil. Low the flame, add the saffron, cover with a lid, and cook until rice cooked fully.
Lastly, serve with coriander on the top.
