Ingredients required: (It is for four servings)

  • 500 gm chicken
  • 2-bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 4-cloves
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp fresh cream
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1-inch cinnamon
  • 3 dry red chili
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 5 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • coriander leaves

How to Make:

Step 1 – Prepare a powdered spice for white chicken:

First, clean the chicken pieces thoroughly with water and pat them dry. Then add red chilies, cashews, poppy seeds, turmeric powder, black pepper, clove, cinnamon, and salt to a grinder and grind them to get a fine powder form.

Step 2 – Prepare the paste for curry:

Give oil to a pan and add ginger-garlic paste to it. Fry until it cooks and then gives the chopped onions. Now, saute for a minute and add the bay leaf and cook until it becomes aromatic. Now add the chicken pieces and cook with the onions.

Step 3 – Add the yogurt, garnish, and serve!

At this time, add the yogurt. When it mixes well with the chicken pieces, add coconut milk cream, red chili powder, and salt to season. Cover the chicken with lid and cook for at least 10-15 min.
