The stunning star Angelina Jolie is back on the big screen as Maleficent. It is the sequel to her 2014 film with the same title. She returns in action as the wicked fairy godmother. She is seen reprising her character at Maleficent: ‘Mistress of Evil.’
The filmmaker releases the two minute and seventeen-second trailer. It showcases Princess Aurora all set to step into adulthood and prepares to wed a prince. It also proffers a flash of how Maleficent returns to become the terrifying mistress of evil as a treaty fails terribly in the Queen Ingrith and King John’s mansion.
Hardly any details of the plot reveal like the previous movie. But there is so much beauty in the new one. We are spellbound to its striking visuals, wicked laugh, and the cover of the song, ‘Season of the Witch’ that plays in the background.
Apart from Angelina, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Elle Fanning have also managed to amaze with their heavenly performance. The flick also stars Harris Dickinson, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Ed Skrein, and Robert Lindsay.
The movie helmed by Joachim Rønning will set to hit the theatres on October 18, this year.
