Bollywood actress and nutritionist Pavleen Gujral reveals about her diet, responsible for her radiant skin. She always focuses on her food intake for clean and clear skin. Gujral eats a lot of fruits to keep her skin hydrated. She drinks at least 2 liters of water regularly. Even she always keeps a bottle with her filled with water at all times. Pavleen Gujral also incorporates coconut water, buttermilk, and fruit and vegetable juices in her everyday diet.

Pavleen says fried foods and sweets are not a big part of her diet, and that also helps to keep her skin looking fresh. She eats healthy food such as veggies, grains, fruits, and nuts.

She starts her day with detox smoothie for clear skin. The actress plus nutritionist consumes a combo of coconut water, cucumber, beetroot, and apple. Besides this, she also likes to consume milk-based smoothie with almond or soy milk with banana and flax-seed. These are her favorite smoothies.

She further added, eating vegetables and fruits with rainbow colors is excellent for the skin, for example, papaya, carrots, beetroot,  spinach, avocados, and oranges.

Pavleen Gujral entirely believes in green leafy vegetables. They hold an ample amount of antioxidants, essential vitamins, and nutrients that are quite beneficial to your skin. Green leafy like spinach, fenugreek leaves, lettuce, radish leaves, coriander, broccoli, parsley, etc. helps to get rid of the dullness from your skin and improve its glow.

Moreover, sunflower seeds are also a good option as they contain vitamin E. It helps to slow down the aging process and keep the skin youthful and agile.
